We are a team of educators above everything else. Our broad experience has allowed us to find solutions for common problems that most school's face. We know the challenges involved in areas from CPD to recruitment and are keen to support others through this. Our drive is to improve education with the learners in mind.
Our process
We ask our candidates to complete a short online form followed by a telephone interview with someone from our team. This is used to generate a profile which we use when looking for suitable schools. We match your profile to schools with similar needs. Your application is submitted to the school who will conduct their own interview and finally decide to off a job. In case you are unsuccessful, we will keep looking until we find your match.
